| Summary | Did you know that one in 10 wireless LAN products (and one in five consumer-grade WLANs) are returned - not because they're defective, but because the customer simply can't get them to work. Poor documentation and support, the vagaries of radio propagation, and having to configure both Windows and the wireless product to get to know one another contribute to what can be an out-of-the-box nightmare.
