MontaVista, PalmSource tighten Linux cooperation

Mobile Linux developer MontaVista and PalmSource, which is working on a Linux-based version of its Palm OS, have strengthened their development alliance. Meanwhile, PalmSource's erstwhile partner Palm is rumored to be developing a Windows Mobile version of its Treo smartphone.
