netbooks are filling a niche
netbooks are filling a niche for cheap laptops and cheap desktop replacments. I see them mainly for education, low end of the computer market.
Most business users will pay more for a more powerful laptop or for something more mobile. Seven 7" is not too small for other niches that can be even larger. The other segment that has yet to be filled is the ultra small jacket size say 4-5" screens. What is needed there are full pc UMPC's but with a clamshell touch type keyboard. That will fill a large segment that want mobility over size and have the means to pay the extra money.
